Ms. Bryan is a strong advocate for every person's specific health needs and best interests, and she is personally and professionally well-connected to South Bend's network of doctors and healthcare providers. Company services include on-site wellness programs, cholesterol and glucose screenings, CPR and AED training, case management, health seminars, health fair coordination, flu immunizations, and smoking cessation programs as part of its dedicated mission to improving the overall health of the community. From concept to completion, Ms. Bryan is integrally involved in all spects of the operation as Director of Health Services and Education.

Connie Bryan has been a state-licensed nurse in Indiana since 1996. Prior to forming On-Site Health Solutions, LLC, she served as occupational health nurse for IN/Tek and IN/Kote in New Carlisle (1999 - 2004) where she helped facilitate the company's on-site health and wellness programs to a 600+ employee population. During this tenure, Ms. Bryan attended several industry conferences and completed several worksite wellness courses to enhance or maintain her understanding of occupational health and wellness. This experience developed her abilities and fostered a growing passion to bring similar occupational health and wellness services to the community at large.
