STUDY: OBESITY ON THE RISE

Just over one-third of American adults are obese. Now, researchers are predicting that the worst is yet to come. If current trends continue, they say, the obesity rate in the U.S. won't level off until it reaches at least 42%, circa 2050.


This trend suggests that not only will your employee waistlines be growing, but so will the cost to insure them.

Answer:

Check with your doctor to find out if you have any nutrient deficiencies. A simple blood test can tell you if you are deficient in some nutrients, such as vitamins B12 and D. There are also common deficiencies to keep tabs on...
