ON-SITE CARDIOVASCULAR/DIABETIC SCREENING – “Finger-stick” lipid profile and glucose screening with immediate results and nurse’s feedback.  Includes HDL and calculated LDL, triglycerides, total cholesterol, cholesterol ratio, blood pressure, pulse, body fat, BMI, weight, height, and health risk assessment on nutrition, tobacco use, exercise, family health history, and more.  Individual 4-page reports for employees are also available. (coupons for free glucose meter may also be available for those testing highly out of normal range as determined by nurse, up to an $80.00 value)

 

ON-SITE VENIPUNCTURE SCREENING – Arm vein blood draws for various testing, including metabolic panels, lipid panels (cholesterol), prostate (PSA), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), cardio CRP, homocysteine, blood cell counts (CBC), and more.  Pricing variable based on needs.    

 

ON-SITE PANDEMIC FLU PREPAREDNESS – If your company needs to show preparedness documentation or simply wants to safeguard your business and employees from this threat, call us.  Pricing variable based on needs.

 

ON-SITE TOBACCO CESSATION – Momentum is good to create a tobacco-free environment!  Our six-week program helps your employees kick the habit for good!  No minimum enrollment required…Maximum enrollment of 30 for the six-week course.    NICOTINE SCREENINGS – Saliva-based with immediate results.

 

ON-SITE CPR AND BASIC FIRST AID TRAINING  - Training for a minimum class size of four to earn certification. Student handbooks (required and provided).  2-hour AED training (available as an optional add-on service).

 

CASE/DISEASE MANAGEMENT - To educate, advise, and encourage your most at-risk employees in a one-on-one approach to achieving optimum health.  Service includes review of medical history, treatment and bills, employee consultation, physician referrals, review of job duties and environment, plus discounted rates on screenings.

 

ON-SITE OCCUPATIONAL NURSING – To provide individual and company consultations, simple assessments (i.e. blood pressure and pulse checks, weigh-ins, etc.), first aid, physician referrals, and education – Minimum of 4 on-site hours per visit and a maximum of 40 on-site hours per month requested.  

 

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING – On-site, customized programs for employees and spouses including instruction on proper equipment use, customized personal programs, and regularly-scheduled aerobic, stretching, strength building, and yoga classes (hours vary).

                                                                                                                      

FIRST AID KITS/SUPPLIES - Produced and delivered with periodic maintenance, following customized assessment of your company’s specific health and safety needs.   Pricing variable based on needs.

 

ON-SITE LUNCH AND LEARN SEMINARS - A healthy lunch (optional) and education for employees on a variety of health-related topics.  Can be conducted in conjunction with any of our screenings and clinics.        

 

ON-SITE HEALTH FAIRS - OHS will organize, set up, and coordinate an on-site and themed health fair with a gathering of representatives from several healthcare associations and providers.  On-site assessments, screenings, and lunch can also be integrated at an additional cost.
