On-Site Health Solutions, LLC has a growing list of companies for which it has rendered customized, on-site health and wellness services. In the South Bend area, six of these companies include:

· The City of South Bend  – Responsible for facilitating the city’s “Healthy City” wellness program to an 800+ employee population. Services include on-site wellness screenings, case management of “at-risk” employees, and on-going management of the city employees’ progress as both individuals and as a group. With the help of On-Site Health Solutions, The City of South Bend launched this wellness program in April, 2006 after years of its own in- house attempts. · Federal Mogul of South Bend  – Responsible for facilitating the company’s wellness initiatives to a 500+ employee population. Services include on-site first aid, employee wellness screenings, First Responder and CPR training, company health fair coordination, flu immunizations, case management of “at-risk” employees, monitoring of work-related injuries, and on-going management of the city employees’ progress as both individuals and as a group. · LeSea Broadcasting  – Responsible for facilitating the company’s wellness initiatives to a 200+ employee and spouse population. Services include on-site employee wellness screenings to staff members in South Bend and Indianapolis, IN, Tulsa, OK, and Denver, CO. · Big C Lumber  – Responsible for facilitating the company’s wellness initiatives to a 150+ employee population at 17 company locations in Indiana and Michigan. · Press Ganey Associates  – Responsible for facilitating the company’s wellness initiatives to a 500+ employee population. · Bertrand Products  – Responsible for facilitating the company’s “Health Trip” wellness program to a staff of 30 employees. “Health Trip” is a year-long effort coordinated by On-Site Health Solutions to educate and motivate employees about their personal health.
